Bach Flower Therapy
The Power of Flower Essences
I absolutely love working with flower essences. For me, they symbolise the true magic of nature and the unending depths of healing and wisdom that Mother Earth shares with us all. It never ceases to amaze me just how powerful these flower essences are and how quickly they get to work on both people and animals. They are a wonderful support through these times of change and help us shift those negative emotions that have been ruling our lives.
I have been working with flower essences since 2016 to help heal myself and my family. I studied the Australian Bush Flower Essences in London in 2018 with Ian White who created that wonderful range of healing essences. I have also been working with the Bach Flower essences since 2016 but have recently gained a much deeper understanding of these magical essences through studying with Tony Pinkus who is the Chief Pharmacist at Ainsworth in London.
The Bach Flower Essences were created by Dr. Edward Bach who was born in 1886 and was a highly regarded medical doctor and surgeon at the Royal College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Physicians in London. He was also a Pathologist and Bacteriologist at the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital.
Bach was ahead of his time by understanding how emotional states lead to physical illness. He discovered how various plants and trees affected his thoughts and feelings. Through his work, he came to understand that for each human emotional state or pattern, there is a flower whose essence possesses an equal and opposite pattern. When these plants are used for their complementary (opposite) states, they balance our emotions and consequently assist in the prevention and treatment of physical illness.
Bach identified 38 different flower remedies, which were categorized into seven emotional groupings for ease of use and these are connected to our chakra system. These essences work by bringing into our awareness a message that we have been trying to give ourselves, either all of our lives or at this exact moment. Either we have been too busy to hear it or are avoiding and blocking hearing it. It is our own personal responsibility to listen to these messages because if we continue to ignore them the body will only begin to shut louder.
I have personally found these essences extremely effective and fast acting, especially for the highly sensitive children of today. There seems to be little or no resistance and the remedy is non-intrusive in their lives. It is also extremely effective in adults, however, in some cases it can take a little longer to sense the shift as we get caught up in the logical side of the brain. It is important to remember, Bach Flower Therapy is a frequency healing system based on emotional healing, therefore we must move out of our heads and into our hearts and let the magic of these essences do their work.
Obviously, you must actually take the essence into your system to allow it to work and follow the guidelines I give you. It is so unobtrusive in your life. You merely put two drops of the combination essence tincture that I give you in a litre water bottle and sip it throughout the day. You will find that you will need to drink more water than usual to help cleanse your system.
This session works very well as a stand alone session or as an add on and support to any of the other therapy sessions I offer. Please be very gentle with yourself and others after your session. Journal. Try to avoid any harsh environments, rest more if your body is asking for it, drink plenty of purified water and eat light foods to maximise your purification.

Heal Your Inner Child
It is all too easy to become locked into our human experiences and operate from that pain body that we created as a result of traumas. These leave us holding onto feelings of isolation, abandonment, victimhood, loss, rejection, heartache, anger, fear, hopelessness, helplessness, feeling unloved and unworthy of a brighter future.
That wounded 'Inner Child", that little part of YOU hides inside and if we don’t allow ourselves to heal from the pain, other people are on the receiving end of that energy and they will mirror back to us the pain that we are extending outwards.
Therefore, we are locked in negative looping cycles and keep repeating the same poor life choices from those limited beliefs. An emotionally immature little child hiding in an adults body will find it difficult to function in an adults world. True happiness, love, acceptance and peace will always seem unavailable to them.
However, when we decide to be brave, open our hearts and go inside to find our wounded 'inner child', we can choose to become our own 'loving parent'.
When we commit to do the work and have a really honest look at ourselves, through a compassionate lens, we can then take responsibility for where we are at in our life and commit to positive change.
We reach a point of understanding, heal and become emotionally mature, allowing us to move forward in leaps and bounds. Life is simpler than we think and we realise that anything is possible.

Please honour yourself and give your body time to process and heal. Be very gentle with yourself for the 72 hours after your session. Journal. Try to avoid any harsh environments, rest more if your body is asking for it, drink plenty of purified water, eat light foods and take a salt bath each night for the three consecutive nights after your session to maximise your purification. You are clearing lifetimes of karma and density in your bodies so be aware you may also get some aches and pains as this density leaves and you begin to integrate your light body. These will be short lived and are a normal and natural part of your ascension process. Relax, Surrender. Allow.
What to Expect
Preparation
Please ensure that you refrain from consuming alcohol, or any recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before the session and if it is too difficult for you to eliminate caffeine, don't worry, please try and consume less..
Your healing begins the moment you book your session, so please be aware that you may have more vivid dreams or have emotions coming up in the days before your session. Don’t judge them, just observe them and allow them to pass through you. It is all part of the healing process.
This is a active session which requires your full participation as you are the one doing the healing and clearing and I will be holding a sacred space and guiding you. We will be speaking together throughout. The more you allow yourself to surrender and relax, the more you allow to be released. Each session is bespoke to suit the needs of each individual at that exact moment in time. No two sessions will ever be the same.
The session lasts for approximately 150 minutes and please try and have the remainder of the day free as this is a powerful healing session and most clients feel very tired and will want to minimise there contact with others.
Akashic Records & Karma Clearing = FREEDOM & PEACE
Your Akashic Records hold your entire souls memories of every thought, word, action and deed that you have ever had, right back to your soul's very first incarnation. This session works deeply within the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, clearing the auric field, chakra system, DNA, RNA and your Akashic Records. It actively removes old outdated programming, blocks and beliefs, contracts, vows, oaths and agreements that you have made in this or any other lifetime that no longer serves your greatest and highest good.
We come into this life having made contracts to clear Personal Karma, Ancestral Bloodline Karma, Country Karma and Humanitarian Karma. Our main mission in this lifetime is to balance this karma and return home WHOLE again. This allows you to get off the Karmic wheel and ascend in this lifetime. That's a tall order you may say and it is. We are very highly ambitious souls when we are on the spirit side prior to each incarnation. This is because we can see from a very high perspective, through a lens of love and it all seems easy. But put your soul inside a very dense human body, on a 3D planet and agree for a veil of amnesia to be placed over you and it becomes a whole different game of life. You choose all the players in your life due to the nature of the karma between you all and the lessons your soul chooses to learn in each lifetime.
This session is a powerful energy clearing to assist you to balance this karma. We also call back your energy and soul fragments that you may have left in places or with people connected to trauma, abuse, grief, guilt, shame, blame, judgement, regret, pain and suffering.
I am your guide during this session and we will work deeply within all your bodies and systems to remove anything that is within or around you that is not part of who you truly are, enabling you to reclaim your Divine Sovereignty which is your birthright.
Then we will reprogram your Akashic records with your highest Divine blueprint for this lifetime and future lifetimes assisting you to walk your highest pathway. I honour each individual’s personal beliefs and we agree the scope of the session in advance.
We can focus on a particular relationship(s) or situation that is challenging you, be it a partner, family issues, friends, work, abundance or health issues, to help bring a positive resolution, for the greatest and highest good of all involved. We can also work to clear your house and land but this would need to be booked as a separate energy clearing session, as this requires working with different energies.
