✨Ascension is the spiritual acceleration of consciousness — the soul’s natural completion of its earthly journeys. 

 When we have learnt all our souls lessons and released all density from all our human experiences, the soul then merges with its Holy Christ Self, our Higher Self and returns home to Source, Father-Mother God.

This path we are all on requires much from us, but it offers something incomparable in return.

✨The Ascension process will bring all unhealed pain-bodies from our souls entire journey up to the surface to be healed, as we work to release the illusion of fear and old survival programs and embody our souls truth, LOVE.

This can be a very exhausting and painful process as we need to clear all 4 lower bodies 

(physical, mental, emotional, etheric). 

However, we can greatly accelerate our process and move through it with 

so much more ease and grace when we accept help. 

We are here to restore heaven on earth and that's a mission that needs support and guidance. 

So much help is being offered to us by Spirit now. 

We were not meant to do this alone and that is one of the greatest lessons all light workers must learn. 

Help is available to us all, right here, right now. Accept it.

Once we surrender and love ourselves enough to accept help, then we are in a stronger position to help others.

in the Etheric Octaves in the Etheric Retreats and Etheric Cities that surround Earth 

just waiting for us to be of a high enough vibration to access them
