• Medical Disclaimer: You must not rely on Rapid Transformation Therapy, Hypnosis, Energy Healing or any other therapies, events, information or workshops on this website as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other healthcare provider. 
• If you have any specific questions about any medical matter or if you think you may be suffering from any medical condition, you should consult your doctor or other professional healthcare provider. You should never delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice or discontinue medical treatment because of information on our website.
• HealThy Self Therapy is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Individuals should consult a healthcare provider for any serious mental or physical health issues.

2. Age Restrictions & Specialist Limitations

• All the events, programs and therapies offered by HealThy Self Therapy are for adults only (21+). All HealThy Self Therapy events, 1-2-1 session work, and online programs include content related to deep emotional healing, trauma healing, spirituality, and personal transformation; therefore, it is important to note that the practice is not suitable for minors 
• None of the services offered by HealThy Self Therapy are appropriate for anyone who has ever been diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychosis or severe mental illness. Please do not purchase any therapies, events or programs from HealThy Self Therapy if you have experienced any of these conditions, as I DO NOT have the specialism to assist you. However, specialist assistance is available for you. Please reach out to the list of mental health helplines at the bottom section of this page for further guidance. 3. Privacy & Data Protection

• GDPR Compliance: HealThy Self Therapy website and checkout process comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for data privacy.

• Those subscribing to my free HealThy Self Therapy website blog posts, newsletter or promotional offers, your name and email addresses are collected and will only be used for these distribution purposes and will not be shared with any other parties.
• Secure Payment Processing: HealThy Self Therapy uses reputable payment processors (PayPal & Stripe) that offer SSL encryption and ensure that all customer payment information is securely processed. 

4. Informed Consent

• Safety Precautions: All the therapies, events, workshops, and information on HealThy Self Therapy website include energy healing techniques and practices, and therefore, there is a high potential for emotional release during energy healing meditations. It is important that individuals practice self-care and, if additional support is needed, reach out to us and seek additional 1-2-1 help and guidance if emotional reactions or physical discomfort occur.

5. Support Resources

• Access to Support: Healthy Self Therapy provides several support resources to those partaking in any of the services / programs / events and encourages you to partake in these.

• 5) Guidelines for Self-Care: Participants can take care of their mental, emotional, and physical health while engaging with the program. 6. Mindful Content Warnings

• Most of the content and practices used by Siobhán Maguire – HealThy Self Therapy include deep emotional or trauma-related work, e.g, mentions of death, abuse, or past life regression.
• All participants are reminded to approach the content at their own pace and to step back if they feel overwhelmed.

7. Ethical Practices

• All the therapies, events and programs offered by HealThy Self Therapy do NOT promise “quick fixes” or “miraculous” outcomes. 
• “Rome was not built in a day” - Energy healing is a process; it takes time and consistent effort on the participant’s part, and results vary from person to person. All participants are asked to come to do this work with an open heart and mind and to be willing to commit to positive change, as 'All Healing is Self-Healing'; all must take 100% responsibility for their own health. 
• Results cannot be guaranteed, moreover, results from individual testimonials are for relevance only, and your personal experience may differ from those shown on the website.

8. Community Moderation 

• If you choose to take part in our online community, we ONLY permit respectful and supportive communication, and you agree to Siobhán Maguire – HealThy Self Therapy:
  • Prohibiting abusive language or harmful behaviour
  • Encouraging respectful conversations around personal experiences
  • Addressing privacy concerns by reminding members not to share personal, sensitive information publicly
  • Offering moderators or support staff to manage discussions and ensure safety within the group

By purchasing or accessing our energy healing services and meditation programs or events, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or purchasing our Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use the Program. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who purchase the Program.

2. Program Description

Our Program offers online energy healing meditations designed to assist individuals in personal growth, spiritual healing, and emotional well-being. These meditations may involve energy work, self-reflection, and spiritual practices, and they are intended for self-development purposes only. 

3. Eligibility

To use our Program, you must be at least 21 years old. By using our Program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract.

4. Program Content

The Program consists of prerecorded audio, video, and text-based content designed to guide users through energy healing processes. You may access this content via our preferred online platform - Dropbox, and it is intended for personal use only.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Program, including but not limited to audio, video, written materials, and resources, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You do not have permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise use any of the Program content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

6. User Account

To access the Program, you may be required to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Program Use

You agree to use the Program for lawful and personal purposes only. You may not use the Program for any unlawful or unethical activity, including but not limited to:

• Using the Program to engage in harassment, hate speech, or other abusive behaviours
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse any part of the Program
• Sharing Program content with others without proper authorisation

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our Program is designed to support personal growth and energy healing. However, it is not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing serious physical or mental health issues, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider before engaging with the Program. By purchasing and using the Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk.

9. Refund Policy

For those who may have purchased the program by mistake or feel that the content is not a fit for them, you may request a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase. Your progress is tracked on this program, and if you have downloaded more than 20% of this program, you will not be considered for a refund. See the Refund Policy section for more details.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury, emotional distress, or psychological impact caused by engaging with any of our programs.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold (Siobhán Maguire – HealThy Self Therapy), its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Program or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at our discretion if you violate any of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by UK laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the UK courts.

Refund Policy  - Effective Date: 1st June 2025

1. Refund Eligibility

No refunds are offered on 1-2-1 session bookings, as you are included in my healing circle as soon as you book and pay for your session. We do accept a transfer of date on 1-2-1 sessions, and we ask you to give us 48 hours’ notice. No shows are charged the full price. All sessions must be taken within 6 months of booking. Thank you for your understanding.

You may request a refund on our Heal The Adam and Eve Off the Shelf program if:

You request the refund within 3 days from the date of purchase. 

No refunds will be issued after this period, and also no refunds will be issued if you have already accessed the content and have started using or downloaded more than module 1. Date and time of access and downloads to this program are tracked on the platform. 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@healthyselftherapy.com.

Please include your order details and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

2. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is processed and approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

3. Refund Policy Abuse

Repeated or fraudulent refund requests may result in the termination of access to the Program, and you may be banned from future purchases.

By purchasing and using our Therapies / Program / Event, you agree to the following:

1. Program Use: You agree to use the Program/Event for personal purposes only. You will not copy, share, or distribute the Program content for commercial use without express written permission from Siobhan Maguire – HealThy Self Therapy.
2. Account Security: You agree to keep your account login credentials secure and will not share your access with others.
3. Health & Safety: You acknowledge that energy healing & meditations are a personal and subjective process. You understand the potential for emotional release and take full responsibility for your participation in the Program. You agree to consult a medical or mental health professional if you experience any adverse effects from the Program and if the support tools included in this program do not alleviate symptoms.
4. Content Ownership: All content provided in the Program is the intellectual property of Siobhán Maguire - HealThy Self Therapy and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access the content for personal use only.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Siobhán Maguire–HealThy Self Therapy harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Program.
6. Termination: HealThy Self Therapy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program if we believe you have violated any of the terms in this Agreement.
7. Changes to the Agreement: We reserve the right to update or modify this User Agreement at any time. By continuing to use the Program after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
