HELP YOURSELF STAY GROUNDED, BALANCED & CENTRED AND IN CHARGE OF YOUR ENERGY

Breathe

The breath of life is what is keeping you here in this body, so ensure you are taking some nice long, slow, deep breaths throughout the day and catch yourself when you are shallow breathing and consciously breathe deeply to correct that.

Meditate

It is essential to incorporate a daily spiritual ritual of meditation into your routine, both in the morning upon waking and at night just before sleep. Our brains are in the most receptive state at this time; therefore, it is very important not to grab your phone and scroll at these times. Make this your creative studio time with your subconscious, your higher self, your own soul's wisdom. 


During meditation, it is important to be in a high state of gratitude for both the blessings and the lessons in your life. All tests help your soul to grow and evolve. That is why you came here in this lifetime.


We get to connect with our physical bodies again as soon as we wake up, set our intentions for the day, be in a state of gratitude for being give the “gift” of another day, our “present” moment to make wiser choses to help us evolve along our spiritual path back home to God/Source/Creator. During this sacred self-care care we can listen to our bodies and ask them what they need to work optimally each day.  Send good intentions for the day ahead and what we want to attract to us. 


Here is a link to my 15-minute Morning Meditation. Its key focus is gratitude, becoming aware of your body's needs and getting in a good mindset for a great day.

It is intended to slow your mind down, so it may seem ultra slow to begin with if you are a regular meditator.

It is designed to train your mind, which can sometimes be like an unruly dog, that is a danger to itself and others if it remains undisciplined.

Remember, the mind is like a muscle; short daily training creates lasting results.

Ground Yourself

With the magnetic shifts taking place within the earth this year and the waves of energy hitting the planet from the solar flares, one of your top 5 things you NEED to do first thing each morning AND several times throughout the day is to ground yourself. 

It’s SIMPLE. Just visualise yourself as that tall, strong oak tree, standing strong, laying down those beautiful deep roots. Then with conviction, COMMAND your body, mind, and spirit to be grounded by visualising and saying – “I AM Grounded, I AM Grounded, I AM Grounded”.

I highly recommend the HEMATITE crystal for these times, as it’s a powerful grounding and protection stone and is Iron Oxide, so it will help keep your body aligned to true North. This will have a powerful positive effect on the body. You will be more centred and focused and be able to get on with your day, present in your body.

Rest

Your body is going through a completely new DNA upgrade, and we are also being bombarded by some very high frequencies and some very low frequencies. It can be challenging, but it does come in waves, so we have a chance to catch our breath, so it doesn’t overwhelm us. 

Your body grows and repairs while you sleep, so get your 7/8 hours of sleep per night. You may also feel a great need to take a nap during the day. Please listen to your body and take a lie down if you need it and safely can. 

Nature & Exercise

Be in nature as much as possible. Sit with your spine against a tree or lie down completely to connect your spine, which is your 'Rod of Power', to the earth to balance and heal you.

Go for a walk, run or get in the water for a swim to soak in the light and minerals in the water.

Eat Well

You are what you eat, or you become what you eat. If you want to help your new DNA light body integrate with ease and raise your frequency, make sure you are eating a good balance of foods grown in the light, fruit and vegetables, seeds, nuts, etc. obviously omitting anything that you have allergies or intolerances to.

Celtic Salt & Drink Purified Water

Drink plenty of purified blessed water each day and take a couple of granules of Celtic Salt before each glass to ensure you are getting the correct balance of salts and trace minerals in your body. This will ensure the water gets inside the cells to hydrate them, rather than just being flushed through your kidneys and out. (See Barbara O'Neill's website for more) 

Flower Essences

These little gems are a personal favourite and my daily go-to now for myself, my children and pets. They are so powerful at working on our emotional bodies and bringing them back into balance. They are so simple. 

Two drops in your water bottle for the day and sip your way back into a state of balance. I love making a bespoke formula for clients using the Mother Essences and adding a little of my magic to them. 

You can buy the diluted versions of the Bach Flower Remedies, bottled in a lot of health food stores. 

The Australian Bush Flower Remedies are available from more specialist stores, but I know from training in these that you need a deeper understanding of them to get the right fit. Not for the novice.

10 Minute Daily Foot Rub

Ladies and Gentlemen. At the end of each day, include a foot rub in your nightly bedtime routine. Your legs and feet have worked hard all day, moving you forward in life and supporting all your weight. We hold so much tension in our feet that we are normally not even aware of. 

Our feet are a map of our entire body, so give yourself a whole body treatment simply by gently massaging your feet to release tension. This is a powerful healer.

Your organs will thank you for this daily TLC.

Don’t lock yourself away. We all need help. We didn’t come here to be alone.  Yes, it is good to be very comfortable in your own company, but we need balance in our lives.
