Your RTT® session is a calm, supportive and deeply insightful therapeutic process designed to help you understand and release the root cause of emotional or behavioural patterns.

You are always in control, always aware, and gently guided throughout the entire experience.

You Will Not “Relive” Anything

RTT® uses a relaxed state of focused awareness — similar to daydreaming or guided meditation.

You remain fully conscious and simply observe memories from a safe distance.
You gain clarity, understanding and emotional release without reliving past events.

Everyone moves through hypnotic brainwave states throughout the day: when waking, falling asleep, or becoming absorbed in a film or book.

As long as you intend to enter hypnosis, you will.
It is natural, safe and deeply relaxing.

During your session, I gently guide you into a relaxed state so you can access the subconscious mind — the part of you that holds old beliefs and emotional patterns.

Together, we explore the root cause of the issue and transform it through understanding and therapeutic reprogramming.
This allows your mind to release outdated beliefs and integrate healthier, more empowering ones.

Everyone responds differently.
You may feel:

  • lighter and more open
  • deeply relaxed
  • emotional in a gentle way
  • reflective
  • energised
  • or simply more yourself

Some people notice immediate changes; others experience gradual shifts over days or weeks.

It is also normal to have new insights or dreams as your mind continues to process and integrate.

For 72 hours after your session, be gentle with yourself:

  • drink plenty of purified water
  • rest when needed
  • spend time in nature if possible
  • minimise overstimulation
  • avoid alcohol or recreational substances
  • take quiet time for reflection
  • journal anything that arises

This helps your body and mind anchor the transformation.

You will also receive your personalised recording to reinforce your new programming.
