Spiritual Counselling - 1 hour

This is primarily a talk therapy session and I am here to offer you support, advice, mentoring, coaching and motivation. It is an opportunity to discuss any issues that you have in your life related to work, health, grief and loss, relationships (friends, family or romantic),  family matters or money and abundance issues. This will include both intuitive and practical grounded guidance.

This can be a stand alone session or as a support session to those who have completed other in depth sessions with me. It is an opportunity to ask any questions that have come up after our healing session work or workshops.

I will send you relevant tools, tips and techniques via email after each session as appropriate.
